Conn is the Founder and Managing Director of Annalex Equity.  Prior to founding Annalex, Conn was the EVP of Corporate Strategy & Business Development at MasterBrand, Inc. (NYSE: MBC) and a VP at Fortune Brands Innovations (NYSE: FBIN).  Prior to Fortune, Conn was a consultant at Bain & Company.  Conn began his career as a corporate litigation and transactions attorney in St. Louis, MO.

 

Conn graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with an MBA, DePaul University College of Law with a JD, and Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree.

In his free time, Conn enjoys spending time with his family and friends, camping with his children, and tackling a long list of home improvement projects.
